Hadn't thought about the public offer. You are definitely entitled to the rights issue as insider info stated. Not sure if the public offer has any conditions.

Was thinking of selling half of my holdings myself but have held them for more than a year so get capital tax reduction. If I sell, rebuy, price balloons up within a year and I re-sell it may cost me more money in tax than selling my current holdings if price balloons. However, now I need to scrounge some money up for the rights issue and opublic offer, as at moment that is just looking like free money!!
