Thanks for the response.

The shares held for over 12 months were not touched at all and sold.

I'm confused does that mean I cannot claim the 12 month CGT discount on those shares? Because they were not traded during that time frame.

But all the other share trading activities on other shares were traded within weeks.

Basically separate to the daily activities.
