I concur re a bit early ........but anyhoo - it has been a profitable investment, albeit higher risk (in terms of if the OP had sunk back to prev lows)......
the offer is basically making the stock a long-dated call over the OP (imho) ......
if china inc roll into take-overCo (again, likely imho), it does suggest that the mechanism for realisation of value (for Harbour) is either trade sale / relist in 3-5 yrs time ........which is interesting......
if you find something with "no risk" - let me know (lolz)...that is all we do - trade risk for return .......
stock is arguably a spec-buy at these levels - 10% rtn over 3 months or so ........
