SAT has set a precedent that a partner can become delinquent and refuse to pay without suffering any penalties .
That stinks .
Both Oil Basin's the company and it's shareholders have suffered due to having to issue equity at the worst possible time in order to keep the permits in good standing .
I want to know what the company is going to do with respect to legal action to increase it's interest in lieu of damages .
