One final point in regards your comment, a frontier exploration will require pinpoint accuracy in the permit block for which the ML is granted in order to find the golden spot since it is a greenfield operation. That is called being methodical and logical. As regards the approach a greenfield operation will always begin in a modular manner if possible to reduce overheads, capex and Risk. You have been told the same thing over and over. The cost of debt financing on a 10mw project against debt financing on a 50-100mw project will always incur less interest - for a pre-revenue Company this is sensible.
