    Your 50MW assertion is incorrect, read the company releases. Why a firm 10MW? Whatell as Tony clearly stated, it's all about CAPEX and access to cheap money, not expensive money. If you are interested in Tlou, you need to listen to recent interviews with Tony and Colm, your answer is contained therein.
