Good question Tony. From what I've picked up with respect to TLOU, they are issuing new shares (aka dilution) for an initial block being sold to African Alliance @ 11p equiv. However, since this initial block will be sold to African Alliance (and presumably conditionally held for some minimum period) there will then be zero shares available on the Bots exchange unless they (a) issue further shares, or (b) port some shares from the AIM/ASX markets. I believe the latter (porting) has been alluded to, but I've not seen formal RNS on this I don't think.
