    Don't get me wrong.

    I support the deal, I just think the directors should have negotiated a better price. The 'Lay Down Suzan' approach will be remembered by all investors in future.

    The combined company has great prospects and those that want the option of trading their capital short term definitely should consider accepting the deal.
