Transit has announced a resource upgrade to 5 Billion tonnes of high grade sylvinite potash at 23% to 34% KCI.
This is an interesting stock, it may take some years to develop, and potash stocks can sometimes be expensive to develop, but like ELM and STB and AGR this certainly warrants keeping an eye on.
Populations keep increasing, land under agriculture keeps decreasing, crop yields per acre need to increase, all of this bodes well for the future of the potash and phosphate industry, as BHP has demonstrated.
Chairman of Transit Holdings Ananda Kathiravelu told Proactive Investors today, "My view is that we have a massive resource, that seems to get bigger the more we look."
