I think we will get the updated PFS first, but we could get an off-take agreement / cornerstone investor at any time. I think an announcement on the financing will come after the DFS.

Let's hope the large trade today was the last of the big holder who has been wanting to get out. I guess we could look at these large trades as a positive in that there is some serious money wanting to get in - you can't have large cross trades without big players on each side.
