This is a really good question - what is G1A worth now? I had a valuation pre-Toho and now that is out the window. The problem I have is we have so few similar deals to compare with to work out what fraction of the NPV we should use. Should it be close to the actual NPV because most of the development and financing risk has now gone, or should we still be using a more normal discount with a bit of a bump? This is a big range.
The solution I have decided on is to not worry and just let G1A run. Unless the price goes totally insane, I am happy to just sit back and let G1A go where it goes. I suspect this will mean I will end up owning a lead mine, but if so that is OK.
