In regards the downramping, for the new people here it is worth reading the early HC posts that were posted shortly after G1A listed that go into the detail of why Abra wasn't developed previously.

For those bullish, it is really worthwhile looking at the history of Abra as it will give you an idea of the real scale of Abra. The current PFS is all about going after the high grade core of the deposit, but there is a vast amount of lower grade ore surrounding this core which will become very valuable if/when the price of lead rises.

The final thing to add is that underneath the lead/silver deposit is a large copper/gold resource that has barely been drilled. Abra has a lot more to offer than what is in the PFS.
