RAP was exactly the same prior to relist.
Narhex Life Science (NSL) prior to RAP - traded at under a cent for ages.
Absolutely little interest - now look at where it is.
Once it relisted at 2 cents, RAP even went as low as 1.5 from memory.
Have no doubt when it relists we will have the same thing happen here.. it will pop when ready.
