Did GTT actually have any input into the company making purchases for them both or were they involved prior to that? I can't find any information on them being involved in those transactions.
Happy to be corrected but seems like they are feeding of the results of those companies when they didn't actually introduce the acquisitions...
This is an interesting shell though... assuming the sale completes in the next 2 weeks they will have $7.2 mil cash and a MC of $12.5 mil - may look to enter if this drops prior to acquisition but not sure on GTT.
