Me thinks an acquisition has already been sourced, thus GTT’s scramble to take board positions and skin in the game, GTT’s services are the final step to complete due diligence and facilitate the acquisition, if its a monster and a further CR is needed I bet my left nut GTT will be all in $$$, it will be a double announcement, final $3m payment received the New acquisition, Wait for it!! #BOOM!!!
