Yep you are completely right. Gtt haven't sold a share and the only director who sold was the one booted off the board. Also a delay in payment would mean we have the right to terminate the agreement which means we get the mine back which is worth $10m US and we get to keep the money. So hopefully they don't pay Hahaha
Either way nothing wrong with people selling but just wanted to make sure every one is clear these red flags aren't flags at all.
