I re-checked all 604 and 605 forms from 4/12/17... GTT didn't sell a single share. Those forms were purely a formality to derecognise acting in concert for the AGM. The individual entities (which belong to the various GTT founders/directors) had no change in shareholdings.
And the other director that sold his shares was against GTT getting their mitts on the company and he also got booted off the board. He is disgruntled, not surprising he sold some really...
