Hey guys the way I read this is when Charles became director his association with gtt for the purpose of reporting ceased and as such his shares were taken with him.
On the question of how many shares do gtt have its all their in the announcement. Their mates though that bumped up their votes to 100m+ are not. Gtt would not challenge for a seat knowing management had 100m shares if they didn't control close to this number.
Would be good if we got an updated top 20. Lets all call and bombard them with requests lol
