For those interested, I found this to be an excellent interview featuring 4DS Memory chairman Jim Dorrian. He paints a clear picture of the enormous potential for 4DS. This interview was conducted earlier this year so clearly they have progressed significantly further down that development path with their Interface Switching ReRAM memory chip. With their partner IMEC, they are looking to tap into the +$50 billion memory chip market!
