This is a hurdle race

With many obstacles

But the toughest, most daunting obstacles have already been surmounted.

And the obstacles to the finish line are decreasing in size.

Tex has the lid on the box, all is still black, according to his philosophy.

But I permit myself a grey spectrum and I'm observing things are lightening up.

Risk is diminishing.

By all means keep your fingers crossed still. But do feel free to do your own risk assessment. Don't just buy Tex' gloom and doom scenario. It's one opinion, but it is not accounting for the evolution of risk over the past 12 years.
