So the holder of 2,000,000 unlisted options (A director or someone inside the company) has excercised the options/converted them to shares by paying the company 0.05 each $100,000. This indicates that the insider believes the share price will remain above 0.05. It could also mean that the person wishes to sell the shares on market as they did not need to convert until 30 June 2020. This could be viewed as an insider hedging against share price dropping due to delays - speculation. There may be numerous other explanations for converting now, personal taxation reasons for example.
