    The breakout bar last week would be the "3rd of the 3rd"..these waves very often gap above the 62% resistance of the wave 2..as weve just seen at 063c..."3rd of a 3rd" is the strongest of all the 5 Elliott waves. and they have a real urgency to rerate price..
