Would like to know the real story behind the decision to list when the players are flush with coin.
Who met who and decided Aussie shell companies are a vehicle for this story.
I read that venture capitalists can become controlling as opposed to the free rein in the ASX.
Would also think they have been trading an earn along the way. Mad if you didn't.
Is the sanctuary that is the ASX system an attractive base to finalise a monumental deal by 2 neighbours in the states ?
How long til the book is out in hard cover ?
