JD and the rest of the crew have made it clear from the start, the intention is to sell the IP, hence the big figures for it, if proven with all parameters and fab friendly these large companies will be happy to pay up big, this is the reason most of us LTH have invested in the first place.
As JD has mentioned, we haven’t got billions of cash to build production facilities, but we can make a sheet load in one hit.
