why not both?
from W3s chart it looks like the pop will come after the monthly rises above that middle line (is that a zero line?).
but thats not to say ava cant have his way too. an assault on 7 will help W3s monthly rise above that zero line (or whatever that middle line is) at which point we should get a further rise well beyond 7.
