Permit me to use an analogy so that you and others can understand:
imec (in this analogy = Holden).
Holden have given us a chassis.
4DS (in this analogy = some hypothetical wild car manufacturers who convinced Holden to work with them)
Holden have produced a functional chassis.
4DS have to test if the bits Holden built inside the chassis actually work. Because Holden could build anybody a chassis, supposing they had enough money, the company has to decide what goes into the chassis.
For 4DS it's a very unique detail. But we have to test if it's actually workable like our CAD drawings suggested.

if the interior details and working of the chassis are a success after 4DS testing, then we will take this concept car on the road and start selling / pitching to take over prospects. Ie: little ol' Aussie Holden sells to Global Player Toyota.

put your hand up if you have energy seen a beautiful chassis with no engine? With no heart in other words...
What 4DS are currently testing is if the chassis we have, actually has a f***ing engine!!!!

Thanks hash - I was wondering why GM shut down Holden and then very nearly went broke making cars that no one wanted to buy.
