my understanding is the directors are tipping their directors fees into the company - in other words being paid in shares. in these situations there's an incentive to have a low share price - more shares for the directors fees - makes sense yeah
this stock has a lot of volubility. it's going to be either a make it or break it stock - it's hard to see anything in between . going north at a great rate of knots on posative announcement or south. only time will tell. in the interim enjoy the volatility and you may be able to trade it.
