    What/How is company's relationship with IMEC?

    I am just cautious with some of the numbers being brandied about here
    I dont want to downramp but interested parties rarely offer such a premium - they would be better served to do hostile takeover IF they were interested. At the moment looking at broker data I don't see any big accumulation ...yet!

    Anyways looking to Buy In after bit more due diligence on my behalf

    Looks like an interesting company
