20 cent to 30 cent buy out if they can get the tech to a fab stage, you guys  need to do a lot more research, that values the successful tech at only 200 to 300 mill, have a good look at what WD and other semiconductor companies have paid for new technology in the past and have a good look at what a difference this tech will do if it’s successful, and at what speed it can do it at. I’m no expert , but if 4ds is a success with its technology it will be sold for a lot more than those market caps. 
If not successful, be prepared to lose the lot, I for one believe and hope they can still come through with a win, especially while WD are still there and backing them.
