would not surprise me a preditor runs it to .20 then makes on offer at .30 they would not have to disclose there substantial interest until they buy up upwards of 50m shares still pocket change for one of those multinational s but will the larger major shareholders sell or recent resolutions block any low ball offer in the eyes of directors
