Hash one thing I agree with we are getting very very close to the end game after 11 years on this next generation project I think that bod may be thinking that a low ball offer good enough to temp the minority of smaller investors to sell into the bid for the predictor to gain 51% controlling stake may eventuate thus the reason to set in place those amendment one thing for sure when we tick off that last box game over
