When the directors take part or all of their earnings as stock and/or options, or have made/make large investments into the company's they run, you know they are batting on your side. Got to be one of the top signs to look for in a company to invest in. Doesn't always mean they will get it right, but I am willing to put my hard earned into the hands of these guys, long before I stick it in an Australian bank shares.

This upcoming change in the constitution, which I voted for today, and the recent price action, suggest to me some significant SP movement northwards is in the Company's not too distant future.
