Hahaha - Jim Dorrian who has been on the scene since 2008 has 2 successful exits under his belt in the last few years. He has been there done that in terms of successful start ups and exits as a founder of Arbor Software sold to Oracle for ~$4 billion 2007 and Bill Me Later sold to PayPal for ~$1 billion 2008. Jim then got on board 4DS and has made it clear that he see's 4DS being bigger

At minimum I would suggest watching this interview. It's not a company that is likely to sell any products, the play is that the company in it's entirety will be taken over, IP and all.
