umm punting on someone pulling off an idea which has no proven track record and no customer/s

issued bucket load of shares to employees as an incentive - nice, shareholders and employees pay the way. Looks great on paper, but reality has holes.

Last cap raise $3.5m - peanuts.That to me is a bandaid.

Would have thought $20m with all the hype and Silicon Valley location along with a load of patents. (which imo can amount to a hill of beans)

Just think there maybe pain here - still the traders will hype it up for a buck and then disappear.
