Hi Russ, yes very aware who and what IMEC are. I don't beleive in coincidences and was believing that there was a meeting set for the 19th. Was hoping (wishful thinking) that the BoD was in a rush to set themselves up for some good news. (As they meet with IMEC regularly) The fact that they have plan to change the constitution to make room for a proportional T/O, makes me think instead of a CR they may be planning to sell WD a % of the company. Whilst i don't for a minute pretend to be a knowledgeable person on all this, the story I'm telling seems plausible to me. Happy to be told why im wrong. (Apart from the meeting on the 19th as the timing of that is now irreverent)
