Kenji - not sure if you are aware but IMEC is purely a research lab - a Fab (a very sophisticated one) so the way I see it is as JD has said in the past when the chip is cooked then they discuss how it went and if there is further tweaking needed.  I don't think you should hang too much on the specific dates.  The roller coaster is purely from the anticipation of this iteration being "the one".  I'm probably going to go to the meeting on the 18th so will gauge the feeling from that.  If you are in the area I suggest you do the same.  I went to the presentation roadshow they gave last year and it is very informative.
