i dont believe in coincidences, timing of these meetings and the rush beforehand to get it all passed IMO is no coincidence. having said that i still think were a few iterations away from anything serious.
look at it this way, jimmy D and the boys are putting more of their own cash into this, they have weekly meetings, they have a number of interested parties waiting to pounce at the inkling of positive news.
you want to be in this at the right time as i believe it will be so quick you wont have a chance if your not already in
