Serious question.

I was discussing this stock with a very close mate and explained the situation as best I could, referring him to all the known references including the posts here on HotCopper. Let's call him Steve (because that's his name) is asking if the potential upside is so great why isn't the Share Price much higher at the moment. While I gave him my views, I would be grateful if I could get some other meaningful responses to pass on. (Which discounts replies from those who over indulge on the cheap red before they post.)

For transparency reasons I am a long term holder who understands the story but is hoping rather than expecting the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I also trade the stock on a short term basis which I am currently doing at the moment buying and selling as the opportunity arises.

He would love to have a dabble as he has limited income from his Super but is sceptical that a 5 cent stock is being touted as worth say $3 or $4.
