One thing of note with WD is that they generated 2.7bil us of free cash flow last year to me that's Alot of cash and could dig into petty cash to fund a tilt for us I still thing that something is in the wind thus seeking meeting to vote on resolution and due to the market hicup may get a low ball offer say .,300m q1 2019 I would say they can't make an offer until next set of results r in and all is open and transparent
