For what it's worth it could possibly be a trader trading the range and hoping the bots allow him or her to pick them up for $0.052 and sell them in the range at the current ceiling of $0.059 or more likely $0.058 so he/she doesn't miss out.

So assuming he gets them at $0.052 and sells for $0.058 that 1,500,000 @$0.006 for a profit of $9000 less brokerage. Not a bad days pay if it works out that way.
