It's just the way the low cap spec market is these days. In a "risk off" market with bearish sentiment the strategy that's being used on all of the spec stocks I am familiar with is to SELL into strength, i.e. on good news or what the market may think is good news, and SELL on bad news. The one common factor is SELL at what you think may be a good price. I don't know when this bearish sentiment will change, but it will at some time in the future.
