Check this recent announcement from Google - if you don't watch the whole 1.20:00 long video, then take this little nugget - they have built in their current data centers the architecture for video game streaming.

Google just officially killed the gaming console.

you will be able to play video games in 8k HDR resolution with surround sound. Simultaneously you will be able to save your game play to the cloud and stream it to YouTube in 4k.

Now, I'm not a big gamer, but I do know YouTube is already full of game play videos - I don't get why people love watching them... Frankly, I don't have to. All I have to get is that this will create even more demand for an efficient SCM solution.

This announcement alone (Stadia they call it) once live will create more data in a matter of months than the world has created in it's whole history to date.
