4DS Interface Switching ReRAM will most likely end up at the Western Digital / Toshiba Yokkaichi Interconnected Mega Fab in Japan.
You can appreciate the size of this mega fab as it fits 9 football Stadiums.
The amount of wafers produced yearly at this facility stack up higher than the world's tallest building Burj Al Khalifa and Mount Fuji.
Its on par with Mount Kilimanjaro.
Wester Digital and Toshiba are both core partners with IMEC.
