what i dont understand is why are they buying NOW ( today ) for what could only be considered ( so far ) a day of consolidation and why weren't they buying previously when the lines were getting wiped and resistance lines broken 

From what has been suggested above - it would appear that it is because that how the program works, and if so, can it be considered that they are getting set for another run ?

I know they are very small parcels and doubt that any person would be making any money from $20 trades
