Even the producers are doing it rough. PLS, AJM etc. Whole sector is flat right now, not just 4CE.
That being said, intrinsic valuations on MC plays a big part in each play. Having a MC of hundreds of millions of bucks creates a lot of pressure on a SP to perform. At 10m MC, 4CE expectations are pretty much non-existent if you have the patience for accumulating in the small cap game etc.
