This is my biggest issue. I don't care what they do if its properly disclosed, if people want to invest in such businesses/structures, so be it. Caveat Emptor.

What does bother me is that 1620 and CM are not considered related parties (although they clearly are). There is no need for disclosure when they sell or receive remuneration for corporate mandates/fees paid for 'sourcing' projects as they apparently aren't 'related parties'.

Its plain wrong and the history tells the story time and time again as you have said. I continue to watch these stocks to trade them but will always reiterate, don't get left holding the bag, because rest assured, retail investors will.
