Yes, companies are able to ask Labs to hold results until all are completed and then release them all in one batch - as technically they havent received the results.
They will normally have an idea from the Geo on the ground what they have and will do this if the first results do not look good.
Whether that is what is happening here, i do not know but it would be a surprise if they were... which is disappointing.
