I see where you're coming from but at the end of the day it's in his best interest that this company succeeds. It's the only company he is managing director of so if he fails then his reputation will take a hit. I don't think he would be doing anything to intentionally destroy the company so just need a little bit of faith that he knows what he is doing I suppose. I do get where you're coming from though.
