I think for MNF is is a lot more than just about a Symbio thing.

MNF is on track to make a profit in FY09, this will mean paying down 100% of Symbio debt which is likely to be in the lows $1Mill mark at present and beconig 100% financial independant.

Don't you worry about MNF, they are one of the few listed companies on the ASX with credible, well qualified & hands-n directors that have for the last 3 years met every target they have set including 100% growth rates PA.

The last stated target was for Revenue to exceed $10M for FY09 whilst continuing to keep OpEx in check. Based on my recent research everything is going along exactly as forecast.

Two of the directors own 50% of MNF shares and have never sold a single share and also take out a modest wage. They also own 1005 of Symbio and are able to balance the finances between them whilst mainting an open book for the non-executive shareholders (who also hold sizeable parcels) to scrutinize.

MNF shareholders will have plenty to cheer about in 2009, whether by takeover activity, SP increase or maybe even dividends!
