Word of mouth only but the dock workers receive extremely bountiful salaries as I am told (or otherwise they pull strike actions under the command of the powerful union heads). The salaries must be, indeed, very interesting if returning to (generous) award wages and conditions from an EBA is a turn off. All imo.
